The KEGUAN KG-861M is a professional-grade high-power hot air rework station, engineered for industrial electronic maintenance, PCBA manufacturing, chip-level repair, and mobile phone motherboard servicing. Powered by a 1300W high-efficiency ceramic heating core, it delivers ultra-fast temperature rise and stable, uniform hot air output, easily handling a full range of industrial soldering and soldering tasks.
Equipped with a high-definition digital touch screen, this rework station provides real-time synchronous feedback of temperature and air volume, with touch buttons for free and precise adjustment. It supports 3 independent preset channels (CH1/CH2/CH3), allowing you to pre-store commonly used temperature and air volume values and switch with one click, greatly improving continuous maintenance efficiency.
It features an upgraded brushless vortex fan, with an adjustable air flow range of 0.3-120L/min, delivering gentle and stable air output with noise lower than 60dB for a quiet working environment. The 360° spiral air outlet design ensures even temperature distribution across components, effectively preventing partial overheating and thermal damage during soldering.
Built with a magnetic induction switch, it realizes an intelligent auto sleep function: the hot air gun heats up immediately when picked up, starts high-airflow cooling when placed on the anti-static sleep stand, and automatically enters standby mode once the temperature drops to 100°C. This design improves operation safety, extends the service life of the heating core, and reduces unnecessary energy consumption.
Additional user-friendly and safety designs include a 10A built-in fuse for overload protection, and a protective spring at both ends of the air hose to prevent excessive bending and damage during long-term use.
